NIPTE Awards

  • The NIPTE Outstanding Student Research Scholarship is awarded by the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Technology and Education on an annual basis. The award will be given to graduate students with outstanding scientific achievements in the areas of pharmaceutical science and technology.

    Prize

    • up to $3,000

    • Gold-plated plaque

    Eligibility

    • Nominees must be a full time graduate student at a NIPTE member institution

    • Must receive two nominations, one from a scientific advisor

  • The NIPTE Rising Star Scholarship is awarded by the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Technology and Education on an annual basis. The award will be given to early career investigators for outstanding scientific achievements in pharmaceutical science and technology.

    Prize

    • $1,000 award

    • Research award, up to $10,000 (subject to funds availability)

    • Gold-plated plaque

  • The David J. W. Grant NIPTE Distinguished Scholar Award was established in 2018 to recognize outstanding scientific achievements in the relevant areas of pharmaceutical science and technology. It is the highest recognition awarded by the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Technology and Education (NIPTE).

    • Gold plaque

    • $2,000 cash

    • Up to $20,000 in research funds (subject to funds availability)

    In addition, the recipient will be asked to deliver a keynote address at the David J. W. Grant Symposium and/or at the Annual NIPTE Research Conference. Details to be announced.

    Eligibility

    Senior faculty member at a NIPTE member school Nominees need two (2) nominations to be considered.

  • The Michael J. Pikal NIPTE Distinguished Scholar Award is the highest recognition awarded by the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Technology and Education on an bi-annual basis. The award is given for outstanding scientific achievements in pharmaceutical science and technology.
